Lot: 77  Description: ST LOUIS SOUTHWESTERN RY PLATE – Baldwin Burnham Williams & Co brass plate NO. 33286 built March 1909. From STL&SW Class D-3, 2-6-0 engine #336. This was sold in 1947 to the Meriweather Gravel Company in Lewisville, Arkansas and onto Gifford-Hill Co in 1961. Donated to Lafayette County in 1963 and displayed in Lewisville until 1984 when it was donated to the Arkansas RR Museum in Pine Bluff where it is currently preserved. Of the ten total locomotives in the 330 series that were operated by the Cotton Belt, Engine 336 is the only survivor. Plate measures 12 ¼” diameter and still holds boiler curve. “8 32D 770” stamped on reverse.
