Lot: 341 Description: B&M RR LANTERN – (Boston & Maine) on shoulder of brass top bell bottom double wire guard frame with twist off bell and glass fount. Comes with clear unmarked 6” rolled top globe. Frame is manufactured by FO Dewey and “Patented August 31, 1875,” on the underside of the bell. Frame has considerable rust but does not appear to be pitted. Finally, the brass cap is dented but could be restored. Minimum bid: $100 Price Realized: $170 |
