Price Realized: $120
Lot: 368 Description: UNMARKED LANTERN - brass & nickel-plated presentation style lantern with May 1871 patent date on the bottom. No hallmark shown. This comes with clear unmarked globe with polished top & bottom edges. Twist off bell has a couple of fatigue splits. Underside of lid shows some corrosion building around the hinge and thumb latch solder. Still, this would display well and an early offering.
