Lot: 189 Description: SP MISSION PLATE – 10 ¼” service plate manufactured by Bauscher and bottom stamped. Plate is titled, “Mission Santa Barbara Founded December 4, 1786, in Perfect state of preservation.” These are probably one of the most beautiful railroad patterns found. So thoughtfully designed it is no surprise that these are sought after and certainly sell for a premium. I am honored to be able to handle this and three more in the next few sales.
