Lot: 410 Description: PC&SL RR S LOCK (Pittsburgh Cincinnati & St Louis) engraved in arch on panel of brass lock manufactured by Post with patent dated of Dec. 25, 1877. Comes with tapered barrel serif letter key “CSTL&PRR,” (Chicago St Louis & Pittsburgh). Barrel of the key is dented and bent. The lock has 9 links of iron forged chain and is operational, with light spring. Early and a welcome addition. Minimum bid: $100 Price Realized: $230 |
