Lot: 499 Description: STEREOSCOPIC TABLE VIEWER – Beautiful Mahogany viewer with wood handles and spun eyepieces. Overall, this measures 9 ¼” x 10” and stands 17” high. Consignor states this came from Nederland however, no manufacturer's marks are present. Circa early 1900's. A stereoscopic table viewer is a device used to view stereoscopic images, creating a three-dimensional illusion. Unlike handheld stereoscopes, table viewers are designed to be placed on a surface, allowing for a more immersive viewing experience.This unique offering comes with 50 Colorado railroad stereo views.
