Lot: 373 Description: UNMARKED PRESENTATION LANTERN - nickel plated single wire guard bell bottom frame with chimney bale. Comes with fixed wheel cut clear globe presented to RG Killip in ornate wreath design. Missing the fount & burner but otherwise in nice condition. Although no manufacturer is shown, this resembles an MM Buck as shown in The Railroad Lantern 1 by Richard Barrett on page 143. A beautiful example waiting for a new caretaker.
