Lot: 339 Description: NYLE&W RR LANTERN – (New York Lake Erie & Western) on shoulder of ’89 A&W single wire guard frame with twist off fount. Comes with signal green embossed NYLE&W RR in panel of extended base globe. Frame shows moderate rust with several pinholes on the lid and a split on the side of the vertical cap. Pins on the vertical base for locking twist off in place are missing. Twist off shows considerable rust and pitting. Now the good news the globe is beautiful with strong cast and ½” block letters. A chance to add a scarce piece to your collection.
