Lot: 384 Description: NW PACIFIC CO CS-28 LOCK – (Northwestern Pacific) embossed on body of brass heart shaped Roadway & Bridge Department lock. The face shows a repair or brazed area just above the “P” and “CO”. Not sure why but mentioned for accuracy. Steel clevis with strong spring on the key cover. Shackle does move but no tension.
