Lot: 341 Description: NPRR LANTERN (Northern Pacific) on shoulder of 1892 single wire flat vertical frame with twist off fount. Comes with clear NPRR serif letters in panel of extended base globe. Thumb latch has been reattached with a heavy dose of solder. Frame shows moderate surface rust, with one pin missing from the twist off. Globe shows strong cast but does have a name crudely scratched below the lettering. Still an early example.
