Lot: 236 Description: UPRR CORN COB SERVER – engraved on bottom of footed corn boat, hallmarked Bustandby Patent. This design was not well received as the intention was to put butter on the bottom and place the corn so it could be turned and eaten easily. Unfortunately, as diners would lift the corn the butter would usually drip down their shirts. So not many of these survived making this a nice addition in like new condition.
