Lot: 383 Description: CW&B RR LOCK (Cincinnati Washington & Baltimore) embossed on body of brass fancy back switch lock manufactured by Post & Co. Ornate embossed design on the reverse. Key cover reads, “To Get Key Out Close the Lock.” Includes 10 links of iron forged chain. Strong spring showing tension in the shackle. Few edge dings but a rare and seldom offered relic from the Kidd Museum. Minimum bid: $500 Price Realized: $1,550 |
