Lot: 342 Description: UNION PACIFIC LANTERN – on shoulder of brass top single wire guard frame with twist off fount. Comes with clear embossed UNION PACIFIC extended base globe with ¾” letters. Frame has been cleaned for display leaving pitted areas on the shoulder. Fount has pinholes around the outer border and patents illegible. Sadly, this beautiful globe has unfortunate hook crack on the backside as well as top no show chips. A rare and seldom offered lantern that will still be a welcome addition and displays well.
