Lot: 412 Description: N&W RR (Norfolk & Western) embossed on body of brass heart shaped fancy back lock manufactured by S&M Mfg. Co. Comes with matching serif letter N&WRy key manufactured by Slaymaker. Has 6 links of iron forged chain. No spring in the keyhole cover and shackle needs a lift when opening. Background has been painted green. But now the good news this is the rarer version of the N&W locks. The earliest example and harder to find in any condition.
