Lot: 189 Description: GN GLORY OF THE WEST CUP & SAUCER – bottom stamped and manufactured by Syracuse. Saucer shows moderate scratches in the center well and cup has unfortunate top edge chip that appears to be under the glaze so possibly a manufacturers flaw. Harder to find dolphin style cup and good display.
NOTE: It was brought to my attention by a fellow collector that he also had an identical dolphin cup with the same flaw on the top edge. So most likely a mold flaw and not a chip. Minimum bid: $75 Price Realized: $230 |
