Lot: 356 Description: KELLY & CO - brass top fixed globe single wire guard frame with twist off bell. Comes with clear wheel cut "MCRR" globe. Now the bad news, this frame is in rough condition. The bell is deteriorated with heavy rust. The top is salvageable and globe is nice. Some one good at restoration could possible rebuild the bell and complete a rare and desirable early piece.
