Lot: 75  Description: PENNSYLVANIA RR - #4335 cast-iron front-end number plate from PRR Class 1-1sa, 2-10-0 engine. Built by Baldwin under serial #56191 as class 1-1s in March of 1923, this was converted to 1-1sa in December of 1935 and scraped in 1960. Numbers on the reverse are illegible due to the heavy scale buildup. Plate measures 17" diameter with mounting posts still intact. This one is in original right off the engine condition with heavy scale and creosote buildup. A great example and in ready to display condition.
