Lot 222
Price Realized: $1,450![]() |
Lot: 222 Description: BANNER BOUILLON CUP – top marked with no manufacturer’s marks shown. This pattern was reportedly used in the first lunchroom opened by Fred Harvey in Topeka, Kansas as shown in “Dining on Rails,” by Richard Luckin. Piece measures 3 1/4” high and 4” across the top. Heavily crazed and small top edge flake chip and side hairline. Still early 1890’s era pattern is without a doubt rare and seldom offered so a chance to add a very historic relic to your collection.
