Lot: 129 Description: AT&SF CALIFORNIA LIMITED SOUP PLATE – 9 ½” rimmed soup plate top marked with Santa Fe Route in draped banner. Manufactured by Dunn Bennett’s Burslem England and Patent Unchippable Surface. This early late 1800’s pattern is showing understandable wear to the pinstripes along with heavy glaze crazing. The reverse underside edge has a flaw, and the finish appears to be yellowing. Still a rare and seldom offered pattern in any condition and would still display well and be a great addition to any collection. From the Warren Scholl estate.
