Lot: 9 Description: GREAT NORTHERN MURAL - Wall art design etched onto stainless steel by Vincent Maragliotta, NY 1950. He was a famous mural artist who died in 1978. The design features a Great Northern streamlined passenger travelling through the mountains. Measures 25”x15” and is mounted on a wood backing. This is one of four different designs that hung in the cars. A great piece of early railroad décor. Minimum bid: $100 Price Realized: $320 |
