Lot: 369 Description: B&MR NEB - (Burlington & Missouri River Nebraska) on shoulder of 1889 A&W "The Adams," single wire flat vertical frame with twist off font. Comes with red flashed extended base "B&M_Neb" globe. Serif letters and in a rectangular panel. Frame is in nice condition showing smooth surfaces. Leaf latch and lid hinge have evidence of solder repair. I would speculate that the lantern was restored at one time but well done. Globe has a few small no show chips on extended base. Top inside rim has two small lines of residue that could be glue but I don’t see a crack. A rare and seldom found frame & globe that will be a treasure for the new owner.
