Lot: 136 Description: SAN ANTONIO & ARANSAS PASS - Baldwin Locomotive Works brass plate #40627 built in September 1913. From a 2-8-0 engine #255 that was eventually sold to the Texas and New Orleans and renumbered 882. Plate measures 9 1/4" and still holds curve from boiler mount. Number on reverse is 1030 D 2032. This plate possibly is a match with lot 121 but again the numbers are missing. This plate is in original untouched condition and a rare and harder to find example.
