Lot: 376 Description: SF&NPRR - (San Francisco & North Pacific) on shoulder of double wire flat vertical frame with twist off bell. Comes with red unmarked extended base globe. Lid shows moderate pitting and light pitting on the bell. Lantern has been cleaned leaving a dull gray surface. This early line was formed in 1869 and was eventually absorbed into the Northwestern Pacific. Not many relics from this early line exist today so a chance to add another rare lantern to your collection. Minimum bid: $500 Price Realized: $875 |
