Lot: 76 Description: WESTERN PACIFIC RY - Baldwin Locomotive Works Burnham Williams & Co., plate No. 29342 built December 1906. Off of a 2-8-0 engine #9. Round brass plate measures 12" diameter and still holds boiler mount curve. Plate is in original untouched condition showing dark patina and scale evidence on reverse. Number on reverse is 1033 E 2790. Early plate sure to please the new owner. Minimum bid: $300 Price Realized: $700 |
