Lot: 57 Description: NORFOLK & WESTERN - Norfolk & Western Ry Roanoke Shop Y5 plate No. 245 Built April 1930. Off of a 2-8-8-2 engine #2090. Round brass plate measures 10 3/4" diameter. One mounting hole slightly enlarged and shows small crack on reverse side. Mold gouge on reverse as well otherwise original untouched condition and a rare and seldom offered plate sure to please.
