Lot: 64 Description: DULUTH MISSABE & NORTHERN - Baldwin Locomotive Works plate No. 39879 dated May 1913 off a 4-6-2 engine No. 402. Round brass plate measures 9 1/4" diameter. Reverse number stamped, "1244 1/4 D105". Plate does have unfortunate chip out on the right side as well as a couple of splits on the reverse. Paint overspray line on the top half of the plate. Still harder to find and would display well. Minimum bid: $150 Price Realized: $500 |
