Lot: 464 Description: RIO GRANDE "THE PROSPECTOR" - inaugural trip Pass issued November 17th, 1941. Hinged chrome plated case with engraved front showing Rio Grande over streamlined train over "The Prospector." Inside houses descriptive card with gold embossed Prospector with pack mule. Tabs allow for placement of cards. The bottom recipient card is missing. A great piece of Rio Grande history that would be a nice match to go along with the original Prospector dinner plate listed as lot 140. Minimum bid: $100 Price Realized: $460 |
