Lot: 110 Description: D&RGW - large canvas mail or money bag with stenciled D&RGW on either side. Handwritten in marker on the top is Denver, COLO and Grand Junction on the reverse. Manufactured by Can Pro Corp Fond Du Lac Wisconsin. Bag measures approximately 26" x 17". Rubber top & bottom with metal loops to hold locking belt in place. Security Model 113. Rubber is split on the top where handle would have been. Still a great early piece of railroad history. Minimum bid: $50 Price Realized: $400 |
